Adam's Call: TYCE's debut album: "Hero: Songs by Jim Steinman": Edginess of Meat Loaf & Power of Celine Dion

TYCE and Meat Loaf 2016I love Jim Steinman. His songs have been the soundtrack to my life. From Meat Loaf to Bonnie Tyler to Celine Dion, I love them all! When I got TYCE's album Hero, featuring the songs of Jim Steinman, earlier this year, I could not stop listening to it. Nine months later, I'm still addicted to this fantastic album! TYCE is a force to be reckoned with which is why he is the first male vocalist to have recorded with Jim Steinman since Meat Loaf.

TYCE's voice was born for Jim's music. His vocal talents are a gift. He has the edginess of Meat Loaf & the power of Celine Dion! I have never heard another male singer who sounds so close to Meat Loaf as TYCE. When I close my eyes and get lost in the music, I often have to remind myself that TYCE is singing and not Meat Loaf.

If I had to choose my top five songs off this album, I'd choose "It's All Coming Back To Me Now," "Total Eclipse of the Heart," "I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)," "Left In The Dark," and "Objects In The Rear View Mirror May Appear Closer Than They Are."

This was my first introduction to TYCE & I can't wait to see what he does next!

Hero is available via iTunes, Amazon, and at Broadway Records!
