Breast Cancer Walk 2017

It's that time of year again when "Team Rothenberg" will be participating in the "Making Strides" Breast Cancer walk on Long Island on Sunday, October 15! I walk with many people on my mind...firstly my mother, who is 14 years cancer free. I also walk for my Aunt Rose who's a breast cancer survivor, Bobby Flynn & Carissa Maringo who unfortunately lost their battles with breast cancer. If you are able to make a contribution, your support would mean a lot, whether it's $1, $5, $10, $50, $100, or more!

Call Answered: Interview with Sam Greisman, rising film writer/director

Sometimes a tweet by Sally Field, one of your idols, about her son's film leads to your next interview. Sam Greisman is a rising film writer/director whose short Dinner with Jeffrey, which he wrote & directed, is about a teen who's struggling after coming out when his gay uncle tries to teach him about the "gay lifestyle." Dinner with Jeffrey will play NewFest, NYC's premiere LGBT film festival, on Sat, 10/21 at 11am at Cinépolis Chelsea!

Call Redialed: NEW interview with playwright/actor Andy Halliday

Call Redialed: I've gotten to know Andy Halliday through the interviews we've done together, but this interview, about Andy's new play Up The Rabbit Hole, directed by G.R. Johnson, is the story of a young gay man who, desperate to find answers to questions that consume his life as an adopted child, is the most raw & vulnerable I've seen Andy. With love, hope, & bravery, Andy really pulls back the curtain giving us a rare view into his life, past & present. Up The Rabbit Hole plays Theater for the New City thru 10/15 only!
