Let's help Karen Mason record her 7th CD!

Karen Mason at Birdland, Photo Credit: Seth WaltersKaren MasonLet's help Broadway's Karen Mason record her 7th CD It's About Time, an award winning song which was written because of Karen's suggestion to have a beautiful, heartfelt song written for the celebration of the marriage of two friends who got married after Marriage Equality passed in NY! This song is truly a celebration of marriage for EVERYONE.

Karen Mason has one of the most gifted voices I have ever heard! It would be great if she gets to record this CD because the world needs more music from this Diva!

2014 Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk

Team RothenbergIt's that time of year again when "Team Rothenberg" will be participating in the "Making Strides" Breast Cancer walk on Long Island on Sunday, October 19!

I walk with many people on my mind...first and foremost my mother, who continues to be cancer free after being diagnosed in 2003. I also walk for my Aunt Rose who's a breast cancer survivor, Bobby Flynn, a wonderful woman I worked with from 1999-2001 in Boston, who unfortunately lost her battle with breast cancer, so I continue to walk for her. I also walk for my friend Carissa Maringo who lost her fight to cancer in 2009 at the young age of 32. Finally, I walk for all those people out there who have been affected by Breast Cancer and for those who can't walk!

If you are able to make a contribution, your support would mean a lot, whether it's $1, $5, $10, $50, $100, or more! Thank you for your time! Click here to donate!

Call Me Adam on Entertainment Tonight to discuss Joan Rivers

I was interviewed by Entertainment Tonight to discuss Joan Rivers! My segment airs tonight (Friday, August 29 at 7:30pm on CBS! Tune in!!

If you missed my interview with Entertainment Tonight, you can watch it below.

I feel so lucky to have been able to see Joan perform at The Laurie Beechman Theatre this past Wednesday night. She was on fire, making the sold-out crowd laugh for a full hour. From her classic jokes to new ones, Joan hit the mark everytime!

I continue to send positive thoughts her way for a speedy recovery. I can't wait to hear her make us laugh again! She is the first person, that despite the sadness of what is happening, she would want us to find a way to continue to laugh. My way of doing this is by remembering her fantastic performance on Wednesday night, watching her comedy special on DVD Don't Start With Me as well as her documentary A Piece of Work, the TV movie Starting Again: The Joan and Melissa Rivers Story, and listening to her comedy CD What Becomes A Semi-Legend Most?

Joan has "Bounced Back" from many moments of adversity and this moment is no execption! So, I continue to pray that she will be back on stage, making us laugh, very soon!

Call Me Adam and Joan Rivers through the years...
